While the excursion to the Zugerberg, I discovered a few birches which I desired to photograph, in particular their skins. As I was walking toward them I discovered I was walking on soft moss meadow, bright green yellow moss; I bowed down to see the structures more closely, and I was immediatly stroke by a thought "I'm walking on a living being right now" . . .
